No. It is a ceremonial covenant: a keepsake of the promises you make, signed by you and your witnesses. Every covenant says so in a small line at its foot. Your marriage is registered the way your country requires — in Norway, for example, the officiant reports it to the National Registry.

Yes. A marriage covenant prints Ecclesiastes 4:12 by default. You can replace it with up to three verses of your own choosing, each printed with its reference, or leave Scripture off entirely.
Yes. Star & Blossom places a Star of David above the title with flowering branches at the foot. Because every word is yours, you can write the text your tradition calls for.
Yes. Choose A4 for a short inscription, or A3 for framing — A3 is a true enlargement, so the type, the spacing and the signing lines grow together. Print at home or at a print shop on heavy paper.
